Cancellation Policy for Cat- and Dog-Visits

If you cancel 72 hours before the visit you will receive a credit of 100% of the prepaid amount.

If you cancel 48-72 hours before the visit you will receive a credit of 75% of the prepaid amount.

If you cancel 24-48 hours before the visit you will receive a credit of 50% of the prepaid amount.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the visit you will receive a credit of 25%.

If you cancel on the very day of the visit, you will not receive credit.

Deposits for in-home care are not refundable.
