Cancellation Policy for weekly Cat- and Dog-Visits

If you cancel 72 hours before the visit you will receive a credit of 75% of the prepaid amount.

If you cancel 48-72 hours before the visit you will receive a credit of 50% of the prepaid amount.

If you cancel 24-48 hours before the visit you will receive a credit of 25% of the prepaid amount.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the visit, you will not receive credit, fee is due in full.

Cancellation Policy For In-Home Pet Care

Deposits for in-home care are not refundable, they cannot be transferred to another reservation.
