Dog Visits ¼ h approximately: $20 plus $5 per extra dog
Dog Walks ½ h approximately: $25 plus $5 per extra dog
A surcharge may apply based on your location.

It is our professional policy to solely offer cat visits on consecutive days
without interruption due to potential health- / safety- concerns for your animal.

Short-term care at your residence or resort
(billed in one-hour increments)
is charged at $25 per hour (min. $50);
after 9pm the hourly rate is $30,
after midnight the hourly rate is $35.
Surcharge per additional dog is 50%.
This service is billed in one-hour increments.

These non-refundable deposits are specific to an event,
they cannot be transferred to another reservation.
Reservations for federal holidays or during festivals usually require to be fully prepaid to be confirmed.
Daycare at our residence is charged at $40 between the hours of 9am and 7pm.
In excess of these hours, the rate is $50.
When picking up, there's a grace period of 15mins, after that we charge $20/h for unscheduled overtime.
Hosting your dog at our residence is charged at $65 per calendar day,
the surcharge for an additional dog is 50%.

House-sitting at your residence is charged at $120 per calendar
day, surcharge per extra animal is $20 per calendar day.
A non-refundable deposit is required to create a reservation.
House sitting and boarding are $20 extra per federal holiday.
A surcharge may apply depending on your location.
It is our policy that we do not share custody of your residence with third parties!
In-home care or house sitting requires a non-refundable deposit of ⅓
to hold your reservation, the balance is due on / before your departure.
House sitting / in-home care rates are calculated
per calendar day, not a 24-hour period or "overnight".
These rates include all activities for your pet(s).
The house-sitting rate is based on the assumption that on the first day we arrive at
your residence around 9am, that on the last day we depart your residence around 7pm.
Should the requested timing significantly differ, surcharges will apply.
Reservations for in-home care or house sitting require a deposit of ⅓ to hold your reservation.
No booking is confirmed prior to receiving your deposit. The remainder is due before beginning of services.
Reservations for federal holidays or during festivals usually require to be fully prepaid to be confirmed.

One initial consultation within our service area is generally free.
Additional introductory meetings are charged at $20 per visit.
A consultation fee might be assessed depending on your location.

For daily visits with pets other than dogs, we do not accept time-specific calls unless
your animal needs medication and two paid visits per day are required.
The surcharge per visit is $5 in addition to the charge for medication.
Administration of medications mixed into food or in a pill-pocket is free of charge. All other medications will incur a surcharge, please inquire. As the cooperation of your pet is crucial, we cannot guarantee that it will always be possible to successfully administer medication.
Acutely ill pets should be boarded with a vet.

Surcharge for visits more than once daily in your absence is $5.

Fee to pick up, ship, or deliver keys: $20 excluding postage.
Keys are shipped at the owners' risk and expense.
If you instruct us to leave a key under the doormat
or in a similar location, we do so at your risk!

Regular business hours:
Monday through Friday from 10am to 6pm,
Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 4pm.
After-hours surcharge is $5 per occurrence,
$10 on weekends.
Same-day reservation is $5 per occurrence.
A fuel surcharge may apply in the outskirts of the county.
Our charge per unpaid check is $75 in addition to bank fees
and other related expenses.

Cancellation Policy for Cat- and Dog-Visits of weekly recurring clients.
If you cancel 72 hours before the visit you will receive a credit of 100% of the prepaid amount.
If you cancel 48-72 hours before the visit you will receive a credit of 75% of the prepaid amount.
If you cancel 24-48 hours before the visit you will receive a credit of 50% of the prepaid amount.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the visit you will receive a credit of 25%.
If you cancel on the very day of the visit, you will not receive credit.
Cancellation Policy for In-Home Pet Care
Deposits for in-home care are not refundable.
Scheduling can be demanding, unfortunately we cannot
provide refunds should you cut your trip short.
We are unable to provide any refunds for reservations related to special events.
